Today, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi dismissed with prejudice the lawsuit filed in 2002 by the insurance commissioners of five states – Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas – against the Holy See. (News,Va:here)
