Christian Concern:

In a hearing today, the General Medical Council has decided to pursue the case against Dr Richard Scott, the Christian GP under investigation for sharing his faith with a patient. This decision from the GMC is despite the fact that the patient who complained has refused to give open evidence to the tribunal for two years. Incredibly, the GMC has now decided to receive evidence from the complainant in secret by telephone, so there will be no chance for Dr Scott to cross examine his accuser in person.
