Cases Prayer Alert: Two cases being heard today

This evening, Bedford Council will hear an application for a lap dancing club to open in the town centre. Less than a year ago a similar application was made, but this was successfully opposed by local residents with the support of the Christian Legal Centre.

Please pray that the Council will reject the application.

Andrea Williams, CEO of the Christian Legal Centre, said: "We would encourage anyone who wants to object to lap dancing club applications to contact us. We are here to support you all the way, because we recognise the blight that these clubs have on town centres and communities, and the effect their presence has on everyone."
Please also pray for Dr Richard Scott, the Christian GP under investigation for sharing his faith with a patient, as his case continues today.

Andrea said: "Please pray for Dr Scott, a courageous Christian doctor who loves Jesus and believes that Jesus changes lives."
