Meatless -Fridays:

Sin or No Sin?

To-day in England and Wales is the restoration of Meatless Fridays by the Bishops of England and Wales;after a period of some forty-five years! Will Catholic take any notice to the Bishops' request? Is-it a sin or not-a sin to adhere to the Bishop' Request?

Will priests take any notice? I live in a parish in the Leeds Diocese. Not one word has been said about this from the pulpit or in the parish bulletin. There has been no comment from the diocese either.

Your are absolutely right! The majority of both Bishops and no doubt a certain amount of Priests in England and Wales are promulgating apostasy! Thank you for your comment!
