"We're back to square one"
Fr.
Niklaus Pfluger (First Assistant to the Superior General) answers some
questions about what has happened recently with the SSPX and Rome during
an interview with Kirchliche Umschau, a German Catholic magazine.
Kirchliche Umschau: Just
a few months ago, the Vatican seemed to be on the verge of granting
canonical recognition to the Society. It seems now that all efforts were
in vain. Bishop Mueller, the new Prefect of the Congregation for the
Doctrine of the Faith, suggested as much in several recent interviews. (SSPX:here)
